Shipping: available within New Zealand only

FREE shipping on all orders with New Zealand over $120 (excluding rural, furniture and large/heavy items)

Nationwide - $8.99 (excl rural, furniture and large items) 

Rural Deliveries - $13.99 (excl furniture and large items)

With rising courier fees we are no longer able to cover the difference if you select a non-rural delivery when Post Haste deem your address to be rural. Here is a link to their address checker page if you are unsure:

If a wrong selection is made, we'll send you an email to recover the $5.00 difference. We apologise for this but as a small business we can't continue to absorb these extra costs.

We also have a Click and Collect option so you can pick up your order from either store. Our website defaults to The Colombo store, however please send us an email or pop a note in comments if you want to collect from our Rolleston store.

We aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible and because we generally keep stock on hand, we will endeavour to process & dispatch your order within two to four business days, and a little longer for rural deliveries or if we need to transfer stock between our two stores.

Please note, we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes. All deliveries will be made by our preferred courier Castle Parcels/Post Haste.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your order.

*NOTE* Please contact us for a quote for larger items (ie furniture, oversize or heavy items) This will be assessed on an individual basis depending on address and item size/weight.
