TO USE HOT: Microwave your Camden Co Eye Pillow for approximately
20-30 seconds. Note: Times may vary depending on your microwave
wattage. Remove carefully from the microwave.

Allow the eye pillow to cool completely before reheating.
TO USE COLD: Place your eye pillow in a sealed plastic bag in the
refrigerator or freezer for at least 45 minutes.
